Antique GAR Silk Encampment Kerchief

From The Thirty-First Encampment (re-union) of The GAR (Grand Army of The Republic, Union Civil War Vets) 1897 Buffalo NY The stars are somewhat faded out but they are in the shape of The Great Star Pattern. Made of silk with some fine stitching around the hem edge. Will look great framed. Fading and a few holes, sold as is, unframed.
