Antique 38 Star US Parade Flag with quite a rare star pattern. The inner ring of stars is a circle with a large center star with a square outer ring of stars which is very rare. Made by stenciling onto starched gauze material. Dates from 1877 to 1890 Rarity Rating; 3 Rated on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the rarest. This flag rates a { 3 } and is priced accordingly.
